Deixa a berinjela numa vasilha com água e gelo pra tirar o amargor dela por 20 min

Em 3 pratos coloca Farinha de Trigo, Farinha de Rosca e Ovo(batido)

Em Seguida mela a beringela no ovo, depois farinha de trigo, depois no ovo novamente e em seguida na farinha de rosca

Coloca óleo na panela e deixa esquentar. Quando o óleo estiver quente coloca as beringelas e em 5 min elas estão fritas. Ficam muito boas
