- Small, whole cabbage leaves2 unit(s)

- Quinoa2 tablespoon
- Remove the cabbage leaves and cook for 3 minutes and set aside.
- Cut the rest of the ingredients into cubes and place in a bowl.
- Grate the carrot very finely and mix it with the other ingredients.
- Season the salad with salt, lemon and olive oil.
- Gently arrange the salad on the cabbage leaves and sprinkle the chia seeds and cooked quinoa on top.
