- Japanese cucumber1 unit(s)
- Avocado1 unit(s)
- Blueberries100 g
- Blackberries100 g
- crumbled ricotta2 tablespoon
- Nuts50 g
- Squeezed Sicilian Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Maple or honey1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- In a bowl mix the olive oil, maple, squeezed lemon, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
- Intersperse the arugula slices, cucumber slices and peeled and sliced avocado. Top with the walnuts, blueberries and blackberries. Serve with the sauce on the side.
