- Cook the beans in 500 ml of water for 20 minutes, drain and set aside until cool. With the help of a board, cut all the ingredients into small cubes and mix in a bowl, add the cold beans, add the salt, lemon and olive oil, mix well and serve ice cream preferably. Serve as a side dish on a barbecue, it's delicious!
