- Beetroot1 kg
- Mayonnaise500 g
- Onion cut into slices1 unit(s)
- Cold water to taste
- Cook the beets in the pressure cooker for 40 minutes. Let cool. Add ice water to cover the onion, let it soak for 15 minutes. Throw away the water, rinse and set aside. Cut the beets into pieces. Place the beetroot, onion and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well. Place in the fridge until serving. Is ready.
