- Black-eyed Beans200 g
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Lemon to taste
- Cod (optional) desalted and cooked100 g
- Soak the beans for a few hours. Then take it to cook for about 10/15 minutes with a new water.
- Try the beans if the texture is pleasant to your taste buds. Drain and let cool, in a salad bowl place all the ingredients, season with olive oil, salt and lemon to taste. Help yourself.
