- Pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Sazon or knor broth to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Parsley, Cilantro or Chives to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

- Soak the beans overnight
- In a pan, put the beans to cook for about 15 minutes, look to see how it is, it has to be firm, neither too hard nor too soft so it doesn't fall apart
- Season the shrimp with garlic, sozon, salt and black pepper to taste, then bring to a boil and set aside.
- Cut the sausage into pieces, give it a fry and add it with the shrimp
- Then put it in a container and mix the onion, tomato, pepper, all chopped, also put the parsley and chives, salt and seasoning to taste and mix everything, then put the shrimp and the pepperoni sausage, drizzle with olive oil mix well and it's ready
