Zucchini

 Lave e corte  as abobrinhas em Cubinhos deixe elas e  em um recipiente

 Wash and cut the zucchinis into cubes and leave them in a container

Soque o alho e em uma panela e põe um fio de azeite adicione o alho  deixe dourar 

Crush the garlic and in a pan and put a thread of oil add the garlic and let it brown

 Em seguida adicione abobrinha já  cortadas  e e deixa cozinhar por mais ou menos  5 minutos com sua própria água  

 Then add the already cut zucchini and let it cook for about 5 minutes with its own water.

 Ponha alho a gosto  e está pronta para se deliciar bom apetite 

 Add garlic to taste and you're ready to enjoy!
