- Chayote1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Grated Garlic1 tablespoon
- Sliced onion2 tablespoon
- Chimichurri to taste
- I peeled the carrot and cut it into slices, cut the chayote into thin slices and cooked them all with water and salt until they were al dente.
- In a frying pan I fried the garlic in the oil and reserved it, in the same skillet I added the vegetables, the onion, more oil and the seasonings.
- Finally I added the fried garlic.
