- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- First, cut all the cabbage into very thin slices, put the butter in a pan and place over medium heat.
- Once all the butter has melted, add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Then put the cabbage in the pan, also add salt and sauté for 2 or 3 minutes until it starts to wilt.
- Add in a container and serve immediately.
