- Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
- Start by washing the okra and drying it well to eliminate the “drool” from the okra.
- Place the oil, onion and chopped garlic in a pan and fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the chopped okra and let it fry for 2 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and let it cook for another 5 minutes. I like okra al dente.
