- Cooked and peeled pine nuts500 g
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Seasonings (I used green smell and Chimichurri) to taste
- Heat the skillet with the oil
- Saute onion and garlic until golden
- Add the cooked and peeled pine nuts and give a light "fry" until the flavor is incorporated.
- Add seasonings and serve to taste.
