- Brussels sprouts400 g
- grape tomatoes200 g
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Red Onion1 unit(s)
- Put a pot of water and a tablespoon of salt on to boil. Enough to cover the Brussels sprouts. Meanwhile, wash the brussels and cut in half. When the water starts to bubble, put it in and count 10 minutes. You cannot let this time pass, otherwise they will become bitter. Remove and pour into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
