  • Butter beans300 g
  • Red Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato2 unit(s)
  • Corn1/2 can(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  • Olive oil3 dessert spoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vinegar4 dessert spoon
  1. Soak the beans the day before, at least 8 hours. After 8 hours, discard the water and put the beans to pressure cook for 20 minutes (add salt and a bay leaf, if you have it)
  2. Take the beans out of the pressure and let them cool in the fridge.
  3. Cut the onion into half moons and the tomato into cubes.
  4. In a bowl, add the cooled beans, onion, tomato, corn, coriander, oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything, taste if it's good with seasoning and it's ready!
