- Start by washing and cutting the cabbage into slices. Put the butter in a pan and let it melt, add the cabbage and let it steam well
- Transfer the cabbage to a larger bowl, add the grated carrot, tomato, corn, sour cream, salt, black pepper and curd.
- Mix well and refrigerate for half an hour, serve chilled.
