- Start with the chicken, cut into cubes and season with salt (the seasoning you like), heat with a drizzle of golden oil and set aside.
- You can buy the crouttons ready-made or make them yourself. I made these very quickly, I used sliced bread, cut them into cubes, added oregano and olive oil and put them in the oven for about 10 minutes (keep an eye out, see? they burn quickly) as soon as they are golden. Reserve.
- Wash the lettuce and drain very well, you can use a paper towel to dry it. The same with tomatoes.
- Choose a large platter, distribute the lettuce and tomatoes, then the chicken and crottouns (keep some reserved).
- In the blender put the garlic, onion, yogurt, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce and beat everything.
- With the blender running, add half the Parmesan cheese and the lemon juice.
- It was homogeneous, it's ready, see. Hit the salt if you wish.
- Distribute the dressing over the salad, and splash the grated Parmesan cheese and the rest of the crouttons.
