- Slice of 100% wholegrain bread4 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- First clean the iceberg lettuce properly and then cut it into thick pieces.
- To make the croutons: Cut the bread slices into small squares. Grease a small dish with oil and add the pieces of bread to it. Add oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown.
- To make the caeser sauce: Place in a blender the olive oil, mayonnaise, mustard, cream, lemon juice, garlic, 50g of grated Parmesan cheese, salt to taste and blend everything.
- Add the caeser sauce over the lettuce and mix everything together.
- Place on a serving platter, add the croutons and the rest of the grated Parmesan cheese.
