Iceberg Lettuce1 unit(s)
Olive1 to taste
Carrot1/2 unit(s)
Corn1/2 can(s)
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Lemon1/2 unit(s)
Chimichurri1 to taste
Salt1 to taste
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Bread1 unit(s)

Wash and cut the iceberg lettuce into strips.
In a bowl: place the lettuce, olives, grated carrots, corn
In another bowl add: the cream, olive oil, a few drops of lemon, salt and chimichurri. Mix everything and pour over the lettuce.
Cut the bread into cubes and place them in a skillet with butter or oil. Until golden and crispy. After stitch, place on top of iceberg lettuce.
