- Iceberg Lettuce1 unit(s)
- Olive1 to taste
- Carrot1/2 unit(s)
- Corn1/2 can(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Chimichurri1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Bread1 unit(s)
- Wash and cut the iceberg lettuce into strips.
- In a bowl: place the lettuce, olives, grated carrots, corn
- In another bowl add: the cream, olive oil, a few drops of lemon, salt and chimichurri. Mix everything and pour over the lettuce.
- Cut the bread into cubes and place them in a skillet with butter or oil. Until golden and crispy. After stitch, place on top of iceberg lettuce.
