- Beetroot500 g
- Cooking water500 ml
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Vinegar1 cup
- Sliced onion to taste
- Blonde to taste
- Boil the beets and cut them into the shape you prefer. Reserve.
- Put the vinegar, sugar, bay leaf (optional) in the fire and let it boil until all the sugar melts.
- In a pot intersperse the beet and onion until it runs out.
- Then pour the liquid inside and when it's cold, put it in the fridge.
- After Ice Cream, you can consume it, however, for the flavor to be much tastier, it is right to consume it after 5 days.
- It can last up to 6 months in the fridge.
