- Smoked Turkey Breast80 g
- ricotta cream4 tablespoon
- Wash and cut the zucchini into slices or pass on a mandolin. Season with salt.
- Heat a frying pan or grill, greased with olive oil, and grill the zucchini slices on both sides.
- Let it cool down and spread 1 spoon of ricotta cream, place a slice of smoked turkey breast and roll it up.
- Serve cold!
