- Ripe tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Buffalo Mozzarella150 g
- Basil1 to taste
- Fleur de sel1 to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper1 to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 to taste
- Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut into thin slices
- Cut the mozzarella into slices and set aside.
- Wash and separate a portion of basil leaves. Note If possible, use Basilico Italiano. Reserve
- Mounting. Intersperse a slice of tomato, mozzarella and a basil leaf, seasoning with salt, pepper and olive oil. Form towers with the ingredients.
- Finish with the mozzarella and basil on top, drizzle with olive oil, seasoning with pepper and fleur de sel. Serve immediately . Enjoy your food.
- Tip.. it can be served with toasted bread, as if they were toast. It's very good.
