- Aipim/Cassava500 g
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Parsley1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Peel and cut the cassava into small pieces. Cut as you would a salad potato. Remember to remove the middle.
- Cook in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a shallow plate and wait for it to cool.
- After cooling, add the chopped onion, salt and the remaining parsley.
- Mix taking care not to turn into a puree.
- Once mixed, add the mayonnaise and mix again. Store in the fridge until serving time.
