Lave as batatas e com um garfo faça alguns furos ao redor. Coloque-as em um recipiente com tampa e leve ao Microondas por aproximadamente 20 minutos (até as batatas ficarem macias). Abra-as ao meio, fazendo uma cavidade com uma colher. Misture o requeijão e o parmesão e tempere com sal. Coloque dentro das batatas. Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus, por aproximadamente 15 minutos. Retire e sirva.

Wash the potatoes and with a fork poke holes around them. Place them in a container with a lid and microwave for approximately 20 minutes (until the potatoes are soft). Cut them in half, making a cavity with a spoon. Mix the cream cheese and Parmesan and season with salt. Put it inside the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
