- Cauliflower1 kg
- Milk3 cup
- Maizena4 tablespoon
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Vegetable broth3 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Sour cream200 ml
- Salt to taste
- Place the cauliflower in a pan, cover with water, add a pinch of salt, cook for 5 minutes after boiling, drain and set aside.
- Sauté the onion in butter, and add two cups of milk.
- Dilute the cornstarch and vegetable broth in a cup of milk and as soon as the mixture in the pot starts to boil, add this diluted mixture.
- Stir well until the sauce thickens, adjust the salt and set aside.
- In a refractory, make a bed with the sauce, add the cauliflower and cover with the same, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 180 degrees and brown until golden.
