- Black pepper to taste
- Put the broccoli, cauliflower, chayote, carrots and eggs to cook.
- Separate the broccoli and cauliflower into the bouquet. Chayote cut into wedges, carrots into slices and onion into wedges.
- Place all the vegetables in a bowl and season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Decorate with eggs and olives.
