- Peel the chayote and cook until soft.
- Drain the water and reserve
- Take the onion and cut it very thin and put it in very cold water for a few minutes.
- Drain the water from the onion, in a container put the vinegar, oil and coriander mix well then put the chayote too and that's it, serve yourself and good appetite.
