- Water to cook the chayote500 ml
- Chopped tomato2 unit(s)
- Olive oil, vinegar and black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- I peeled the chayote and cut it into pieces. I put it in a pan with water and brought it to boil.
- Until they're soft. In a pot I chopped the tomatoes and added it with the already cooked chayote.
- Season the salad with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar.
- Mix well and then just serve.
