- Raw cashews1/2 cup
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Turmeric Powder1 coffee spoon
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil4 tablespoon
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Edible flowers to taste
- Soak the chestnuts in water for 2 hours.
- Cook the potatoes
- Cut the potatoes into small squares
- Discard the water from the hydration of the chestnuts and hit the blender with lemon juice, salt, olive oil, turmeric and water to a creamy point
- Cut the onion into brunoise, small squares, and season with salt and pepper. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Mix the potatoes with the mayonnaise, taste the seasoning, decorate with the flowers and that's it!
