Chicken Salad with Egg Dressing

Frango desfiado
Essa salada é maravilhosa para aproveitar aquele frango que sobrou. 
Neste caso, eu usei um pacote de frango desfiado da Swift em 2 receitas, por isso eu já tinha a metade pronta na geladeira, refogada apenas com cebola. 

Cozinhe os ovos, descasque-os e pique. Reserve na geladeira . 


Shredded chicken
This salad is wonderful to use up that leftover chicken.
In this case, I used a packet of shredded chicken from Swift in 2 recipes, so I already had half ready in the fridge, sautéed with just onions.

Boil the eggs, peel them and chop. Reserve in the fridge.


Prepare  o molho: misture a maionese, o creme de ricota, a mostarda e o alho amassado. Misture bem esses ingredientes com batedor ou fuê.

Incorpore os ovos picados, o azeite, a pimenta do reino e o cheiro verde. Se necessário acerte o sal. 

Prepare the sauce: mix the mayonnaise, ricotta cream, mustard and crushed garlic. Mix these ingredients well with a whisk or whisk.

Incorporate the chopped eggs, olive oil, black pepper and green smell. If necessary, adjust the salt.

Pique grosseiramente todos os alfaces, misture a azeitona, o frango desfiado e incorpore o molho. 

Fica gostoso com arroz ou em barquetes de canapés. 

Se gostar, pode acrescentar tomates cerejas na salada.

Roughly chop all the lettuce, mix the olives, the shredded chicken and add the dressing.

It's delicious with rice or canapés.

If you like, you can add cherry tomatoes to the salad.
