- Boiled Eggs2 unit(s)
- Pitted and chopped olives10 unit(s)
- Shredded Chicken Swift1/2 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
- Ricotta Cream2 tablespoon
- Mustard1 dessert spoon
- Garlic (small crushed)1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Shredded chicken This salad is wonderful to use up that leftover chicken. In this case, I used a packet of shredded chicken from Swift in 2 recipes, so I already had half ready in the fridge, sautéed with just onions. Boil the eggs, peel them and chop. Reserve in the fridge.
- Prepare the sauce: mix the mayonnaise, ricotta cream, mustard and crushed garlic. Mix these ingredients well with a whisk or whisk. Incorporate the chopped eggs, olive oil, black pepper and green smell. If necessary, adjust the salt.
- Roughly chop all the lettuce, mix the olives, the shredded chicken and add the dressing. It's delicious with rice or canapés. If you like, you can add cherry tomatoes to the salad. Enjoy your food!
