- Cooked and shredded chicken breast500 g
- Large, grated carrots2 unit(s)
- Corn1 can(s)
- Olive150 g
- Raisins200 g
- Apple2 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Green smell, lemon and olive oil to taste
- Straw Potato300 g
- Ham and Mozzarella to taste
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Cook the shredded chicken and set aside
- Grate the carrots and onion in a coarse grater. Chop the olives, cut the apple without the skin and into strips, cut the ham and the cheese into cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients with the mayonnaise, except the straw potato. Season with salt, oil and lemon. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or until serving time. Place the potato straw over the already chilled sausage. Enjoy your food!
