- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Cane molasses2 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Cans of drained chickpeas2 unit(s)
- Diced Tomatoes3 unit(s)
- Parsley1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix the onion, olive oil, cane molasses and lemon juice. Let the mixture marinate for 5 minutes.
- In a larger bowl, add the chickpeas, tomatoes and parsley. Add to the onion mixture and mix well.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
