- Chickpeas250 g
- Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Vinegar to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Boil the chickpeas for 15 minutes, then drain the water and remove all the skin. Then cook under pressure for 30 minutes or until al dente. While the chickpeas cook, cut the onion and tomato into small cubes, chop the green smell too. Once cooked, drain all the water, transfer to a container of your choice and add the chopped ingredients, salt, oil and vinegar. Place in the fridge for about 15 minutes and then serve.
