- Mint1 tablespoon

- Cook the chickpeas under pressure to the desired point. I like aldente, xerca 20min after pressure. Simple salt and pepper seasoning
- Chop all the vegetables and mix in a bowl with the chickpeas. Season with the juice of 1 lemon, salt and pemta to taste and the chopped fresh wevas.
