- Cod cooked in flakes250 g
- Colored bell pepper150 g
- Tomato100 g
- Red onion100 g
- Green smell to taste
- Garlic15 g
- Olive oil100 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Black Olives100 g

- White onion50 g
- Soak the chickpeas overnight in the fridge. This serves to wake up the grain and remove the anti-nutrients. Drain the water from the sauce and put it in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes with a bay leaf. Open the pan, drain the water and mix the sautéed cod with garlic, white onion and olive oil.
- Cut the pepper, onion and tomato, discarding the seeds, in brunoise, mix with the chickpeas and then add the green seasoning, olives and olive oil. Mix and serve with a green leafy salad.
