- Cooked Chickpeas250 g
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Parmesan cheese4 tablespoon
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Basil1/2 cup
- Soak the chickpeas for about 6 hours. Then heat it in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
- Drain and remove excess skin from it.
- In a bowl add the finely chopped basil, the olive oil and the finely chopped garlic also add the chickpeas, adjust the salt and sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
- Serve cold!!
