- To prepare the salad, it's simple: chop the cherry tomato into four parts, respecting the canoe shape, or just cut it in half, if the tomatoes are too small. The mandala must be cut into cubes. Strawberry should also be chopped in canoe format. After washing the leaves, you can cut off part of the stem of the arugula leaves, if they are too long. If you prefer, you can also break lettuce leaves that are too big with your hands. Finally, put all the ingredients together in a refractory and season. At home, I prefer to season this salad with a pinch of salt and white vinegar to taste so I can easily taste the fruit and the slight bitterness of the leaves. But at home, you can use whatever seasonings you like.
