- Boiled Chickpeas1/3 cup
- grated carrot1/2 cup
- Chopped seedless tomato1/3 cup
- Onion cut into half moons1/4 cup
- Chopped Parsley1 dessert spoon
- Corn1/4 cup
- Squeezed Lime1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Japanese cucumber cut into small cubes1/3 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients well until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
