- Refreshing yogurt sauce: 1 cup unsweetened plain yogurt 10 mint leaves Pinch of salt and pepper to taste 1 lemon juice
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pour over salad when serving.
- All properly sanitized. Wash well, leave to soak for 15 minutes. For every 1 liter of water, I add 1 tablespoon of bleach or drops of hypochlorite according to the manufacturer's instructions. After 15 minutes, drain the water and wash again under running water.
