- Cherry tomatoes cut in half to taste
- Thinly sliced red cabbage to taste
- Thinly sliced chard to taste
- Watercress leaves to taste
- Sea Salt to taste

- Squeezed Lime to taste
- In a bowl mix all the salad ingredients.
- Season with salt, olive oil and lemon and serve immediately.
