- Cherry tomatoes5 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Lettuce to taste
- Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Heat a frying pan with a little oil and place the 2 eggs. Season with salt and stir until the eggs are cooked. Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of light curd. Mix well.
- In a bowl, place the chopped lettuce leaves. On top, arrange the tomatoes, the scrambled eggs, the Minas cheese cut into cubes and the avocado.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil, season with salt and chimichurri.
