- 1/2 package of pasta (I used gluten-free penne)250 g
- Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 cup
- Boiled quail eggs12 unit(s)
- Corn1/2 can(s)
- Chopped iceberg lettuce leaves5 unit(s)
- Green smell to taste
- Leek to taste
- Croutons to taste
- Raisins1/2 cup
- Mustard4 tablespoon
- Honey2 tablespoon
- Extra virgin olive oil6 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Cook the pasta in water and salt, drain the water and set aside (wait to cool).
- Mustard and honey sauce Mix mustard, honey, olive oil and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- Place all ingredients and sauce in a bowl and mix. Ready!! A complete salad that gives you a lot of satiety, with a sweet and sour touch that I love!
