  • 1/2 package of pasta (I used gluten-free penne)250 g
  • Cooked and shredded chicken breast1 cup
  • Boiled quail eggs12 unit(s)
  • Corn1/2 can(s)
  • Chopped iceberg lettuce leaves5 unit(s)
  • Green smell to taste
  • Leek to taste
  • Croutons to taste
  • Raisins1/2 cup
  • Mustard4 tablespoon
  • Honey2 tablespoon
  • Extra virgin olive oil6 tablespoon
  • Pinch of salt to taste
  1. Cook the pasta in water and salt, drain the water and set aside (wait to cool).
  2. Mustard and honey sauce Mix mustard, honey, olive oil and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. Place all ingredients and sauce in a bowl and mix. Ready!! A complete salad that gives you a lot of satiety, with a sweet and sour touch that I love!
