- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Potatoes3 unit(s)
- Corn+peas1 can(s)
- Chopped coriander2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cream cheese1 can(s)
- Onion and chopped tomato1 cup
- In a pan, cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes, add water and bring to the boil to cook for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, drain all the water and reserve in a bowl.
- In the bowl, add the cooked vegetables with the corn+peas, chopped onion and tomato, the coriander, the salt and the oregano and finally the cream cheese mix everything until it is uniform and serve.
