CRISPY CABBAGE SALAD

Em uma tigela grande misture as maçãs, as cenouras e o repolho.
Acrescente a maionese sabor tomate e manjericão e misture até que fique homogêneo e reserve.
Forre uma saladeira ou prato grande com as folhas de alface e cubra com a mistura reservada. Sirva em seguida.


In a large bowl, combine the apples, carrots and cabbage.
Add the tomato and basil mayonnaise and mix until smooth and set aside.
Line a salad bowl or large plate with the lettuce leaves and top with the reserved mixture. Serve immediately.
