- Natural yogurt200 g
- Chopped Mint1 tablespoon
- Chili pepper (optional)1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Cut the cucumber in half and remove the seeds. Chop them into small cubes. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt and place in a colander for 30 minutes. Drain and reserve. In a bowl, place the yogurt, olive oil, season with salt and pepper, add the cucumber cubes and the chopped mint. Stir well and put in the fridge. This salad is great as an accompaniment to a grilled dish or in a sandwich. In appetite 😋😋
