- Olive Oil / Sauce5 tablespoon

- Salt1 tablespoon
- Sliced olives1/2 cup
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Soak the chickpeas overnight.
- The next day drain the water.
- Place the chickpeas, 1 garlic clove and salt in a pressure cooker.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes after pressing to get al dente.
- Drain the water.
- Place in a salad bowl and set aside to cool.
- add the tomato.
- Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the chickpeas.
