- Separate the cauliflower into small sprigs, wash very well, quickly boil in salted water for five minutes. Wash the lettuce and garnish a plate. Place the cauliflower in a circle, the peppers cut into slices, the tomatoes and the onions. Garnish with olives and serve with your favorite sauce.
