- Duckling cut into cubes1 kg
- water1 cup
- Tomatoes (chopped)2 unit(s)
- Potatoes (peeled and cut into pieces)2 unit(s)
- Carrots (peeled and sliced)2 unit(s)
- Garlic cloves (chopped)3 unit(s)
- Onion (chopped)100 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pressure cooker, heat a drizzle of olive oil and add the onion to sauté until it starts to become transparent.
- Then put the garlic and let it fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the beef broth until completely dissolved.
- Add the meat then and let it cook for about 5 minutes or until it is well sealed.
- Then add the tomato, salt and water.
- Stir well, cover the pan and let cook for 30 minutes after taking pressure.
- After that time wait until all the pressure comes out and open the pan.
- Put the potato, parsley and carrot.
- Mix well and take it back to the fire to cook for another 10 minutes after getting pressure.
- Then wait until all the pressure is released and remove the cap.
- Your meat is now ready to be served, if you prefer, transfer the meat and vegetables to a platter.
