- Soak the chickpeas in water for at least 3 hours or overnight, then drain and cook in salted water until covered.
- Drain the cooking water and reserve the chickpeas, then cut the peppers, tomatoes and onions into cubes, also chop the green smell, and grate the carrots, add everything and mix well, also add the chickpeas, vinegar and oil mix again, and then just add salt and seasonings to taste, and that's it, take the fridge to serve cold * Serve with rice and roast meat to accompany, a delicious combination *
