- Shredded Chicken500 g
- Salt to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Red Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Parsley to taste
- Olive to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Sour cream2 tablespoon
- Straw potato to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Grated small carrot1 unit(s)
- In a pan put a thread of olive oil and add the cooked and shredded chicken. Season with salt, paprika and red pepper.
- Transfer to a bowl and wait to cool down.
- Finely chop the onion, bell pepper, parsley and olives and mix with the chicken. Also add the grated carrot.
- Gradually add the mayonnaise and mix until it reaches a creamy consistency. (+- 300g)
- Add the cream of milk and mix well.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled. Add the straw potato only when serving.
- Tip: It can be served as a starter with canapés or as a salad.
- Tip: If you like it, you can add corn, peas and even raisins.
